Help Desk Support

Tasks will include :

  • Reimage new laptops using Deployment Server and Intune imaging tools
  • Once imaged, will work with the user to swap out the new laptop with the old one. This will include shipping and receiving of laptops to / from end users (refresh and give back) from / to HQ
  • When the user receives the new laptop, will assist the end user on the first login, and setting up their accounts on the new laptop
  • Also be tasked with troubleshooting end users related issues for staff working on site

Experience and skills will include :

  • Knowledge of Intune Imaging tools is a MUST
  • Knowledge of computers and other hardware devices
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting, Ethernet and IP configuration
  • Knowledge of software distribution and patch management
  • A+ certified required
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service / communication skills
