85*Shift : * 7am-6pm availabilityTraining Schedule / Hours : 7am-4pm CST*Position Summary*A customer service representative will provide support and resolve any emerging problems related to Human Resources that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Resolve inquiries received via Phone, case or other stablished channel, handle case management system, support HCM systems and other requests received.*Responsibilities*
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
- Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction with customer
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers*Requirements*
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative for at least 6 months
- Proven experience working with a case management system for at least 6 months
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of situations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
- Experience handling systems like Workday and ServiceNow Desirable*Education Required : Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business, Finance or equivalent in experience.
