As an Early-Career Recruiter for our Customer, a manufacturing company, you will independently take over parts of the recruitment process for all our early careers roles.
Your core tasks include intake calls with our, screening applications documents, sifting CVs to the Hiring Manager and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
You will be primarily responsible for the UK market, but will also support Germany, Belgium, Holland and the Nordics if required.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years’ recruitment experience, preferably in early careers
- Initial experience in coordination is preferred
- Service-oriented mindset and experience dealing with customers
- Self-assured yet friendly manner and outstanding communication skills
- Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy
- You communicate well in English
