Organizational Change Management Leader , you play a key role in driving change adoption in business transformation initiatives.
Within a project setting, you may work closely with experienced change practitioners and management consultants and play a quality assurance role by reviewing team work products to ensure that they are accurate, consistent, and meet client requirements.
You may lead work groups, work sessions, and interviews with business and technical representatives. You will implement HCL Digital Consulting practices and techniques specific to organizational change management, business transformation, and organizational design.
As a project manager , you are responsible for managing and tracking overall schedule, budget, and deliverables quality of a business transformation program, which may consist of multiple projects.
You will be responsible for coordinating activities and approvals across multiple regions / time zones. You will need to build strong relationships with client business personnel as you identify issues and drive resolution.
You will also be tracking tasks, activities and key milestones and reporting on progress. You will work with the development teams to identify any issues or delays in the program / project timelines
