Requirements :
- Active Real Estate License is a must
- Local residency required for on-site work

Compensation :
$70,000+ Commission + Base
Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily cold and warm recruiting prospecting activities to arrange meetings with Team Managers for potential recruits.
- Reach out to independent real estate agents to highlight the benefits of joining the Company and explain the agent value proposition.
- Utilize available tools to target agents and manage the candidate pipeline effectively.
- Ensure timely responses to prospective agents and team members.
- Maintain and update the recruiting database, striving to meet recruitment goals.
- Assist in the onboarding process of agents and support them in achieving their first sale within 90 days.
- Participate in weekly meetings for collaboration and strategic planning.
- Keep track of reports and outcomes for agents.
Qualifications :
- MUST HAVE Real Estate License
- Experience recruiting RE Agents
- Knowledgeable about working with RE Agents
- High School or Equivalent. Bachelor's degree a plus
- Telephone prospecting experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent computer experience with CRM system or similar database
- Ability to make at least 50 cold calls a day
- Be willing to learn new programs
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
