About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Labor & Delivery Job Duration : 14 weeks Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM, 5x8 Hr Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of two years in Maternal and Child experience, IV Insertion, and phlebotomy skills, Conscious sedation License : New York State RN License Certifications : - AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) - IV / Phlebotomy experience - AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certified Must-Have : - Maternal and Child experience - IV Insertion and phlebotomy skill - Conscious sedation skills - RN License - Phlebotomist certification Job Description : - Provide high-quality care in Labor & Delivery settings - Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy - Administer conscious sedation and monitor patient response - Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement care plans - Demonstrate strong clinical skills in maternal and child healthcare - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members - Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements in all procedures
