Position Summary
General maintenance and repairs of various buildings on the property, including monitoring infrastructure systems and performing tasks such as light carpentry, custodial duties, and event setup.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
- High school diploma / GED preferred.
- Experience in general maintenance, custodial, or trades experience is advantageous.
Essential Tasks
- Inspect and maintain buildings, systems, and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Schedule annual inspections and preventive maintenance with vendors for critical systems like HVAC, plumbing, and alarm systems.
- Collaborate with tradespeople for advanced repairs.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, including restrooms, corridors, and outdoor spaces.
- Assist with event setup, refuse removal, snow removal, and moving supplies and equipment.
- Conduct minor repairs, carpentry, locksmith duties, and inventory management.
- Grounds maintenance support when required.
- Follow club policies, regulations, and safety standards, including using protective gear when necessary.
- Position 25 hours per week and must be flexible with working hours, including weekends, on-call alarms, and occasional overtime.

- Ability to perform job tasks independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Physical and Mental Demands / Working Conditions :
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc., as the job may require.
- Ability to climb a ladder and step ladder
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Reports to the General Manager .
- Collaborates with all departments.
