Loan Portfolio Servicing Manager
- Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy
- Supervise Loan Portfolio Services Personnel
- Administer Loan Disbursements
- Review various loan reports
- Process data changes as needed
- Review title reports, legal documents for completeness and accuracy
- Review UCC reports
- Work with customers to obtain necessary signatures on loan documents
- Manage credit files (Globalwave) including ticklers and covenants updates
- Manage ordering appraisal and environmental reports
Job Qualifications / Requirements
- Required : Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Required : Ability to understand complex legal documents.
- Required : Basic computer skills.
- Required : Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Required : Ability to train and mentor subordinates, junior staff, and new hires.
he salary range for this full-time position is $90,000.00 / annually - $94,000.00 / annually + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
