PositionOverview :
As a Sports Travel Agent youwill be responsible for assisting clients in planning and bookingsportsrelated travel experiences.
You will work closely with ourteam to create custom itineraries that include attending majorsports events exploring local culture and enjoying topnotchaccommodations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand theirpreferences and interests ensuring a personalized travelexperience
- Research and recommend sports events anddestinations that align with clientsinterests
- Handle booking arrangements for flightshotels tickets andtransportation
- Coordinate with local partners and suppliersto ensure a smooth travel experience forclients
- Provide exceptional customer service andsupport to clients before during and after theirtrips
- Stayupdated on sports events travel trends and destinationinformation
- Assist with administrative tasks includingmanaging travel documents itineraries andinvoices
