Location Minneapolis MN- (Hybrid In office 2 days per week Tuesdays and either Wed or Thursday). May change in the future depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the precise entry of new patient information into our database, maintaining the utmost data integrity.
- Swiftly communicate with clinics to obtain any missing referral information.
- Process paperwork efficiently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements.
- Provide essential support to the sales team by managing incoming faxes and referrals with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform supplementary tasks, such as database maintenance, to support overall team operations.
- Work collaboratively with the Reimbursement Benefit team to verify patient DME coverage via payer portals and direct payer communication.
Qualifications :
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook are preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of data entry experience, or an Associate degree.
- Ability to quickly adjust to changing protocols and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow directions accurately.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain speed and accuracy while focusing on tasks for extended periods.
- Strong collaborative style, fostering effective teamwork both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
