We are currently looking for an HVAC Technician in Bellevue, WA. Primary responsibility will include HVAC / R repair and maintenance.
This will include repair and or replacement of system compressors and other related items in the HVAC / R systems.
Essential functions and duties :
- Primary responsibility for the efficient operation of all building HVAC / R systems and equipment.
- Responsible for coordinating, planning and scheduling preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC / R systems as needed in a timely fashion, along with appropriate records as to what was done and why.
- Occasionally subject to be on call 24 / 7, using a company issued cell phone and / or electronic communication device(s) that may be issued.
Education / work experience requirements :
- Education : Associate of Science Degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or similar program preferred.
- EPA CFC Universal Certification.
- Experience : 3-5 years of progressive experience in maintaining HVAC PM Program.
- Work experience or college degree can be mutually substituted for education and experience requirements noted above.
- Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License with no major or continuing driving offenses that demonstrate a lack of concern for safety in the last 5 years.
