Summary :
LHH is working with a manufacturing company in Deptford, NJ that is looking to hire a temp to permanent Administrative Assistant to support the owner of the company.
The hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with a 1-hour lunch. The qualified candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as an Administrative experience from a manufacturing company and come with strong Microsoft Office skills and QuickBooks experience.

Responsibilities :
- Directly support the owner of the organization
- Schedule meetings and manage the owner’s calendar in Microsoft Outlook
- Manage client and job information in Excel
- Process financials and invoices in QuickBooks
- Schedule travel arrangements as needed
- Respond to phone calls and emails, take messages and relay information to the owner
- Order office supplies
- Assist in any additional administrative functions to ensure the business runs smoothly day to day
Required Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of corporate administrative experience from a manufacturing company
- Experience using QuickBooks is required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with a focus in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, continuously changing environment
