We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and data-driven Marketing Specialist to support the Director of Marketing in implementing and optimizing our marketing strategies.
Position Overview : The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Director of Marketing by managing marketing initiatives, analyzing performance data, and assisting in the coordination of our marketing operations.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Premier Home Pros.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing and optimizing both online and offline marketing initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights to support marketing budget decisions and reporting
- Assist in the management and communication with marketing partners, affiliates, and agencies
- Support the implementation of new marketing systems, processes, and procedures
- Assist in identifying new marketing opportunities, conducting tests, and analyzing results
- Create and manage marketing reports using Excel & PowerBI to identify trends and actionable insights
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities, partner agreements, and budgets
- Assist in the development of marketing territory maps for new and existing markets
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring our company goals are met
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in a marketing role; home services experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data to inform decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Power BI or Tableau experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational & project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Bonus Skills :
- Experience in the home services or remodeling industry
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, or marketing automation platforms
- Experience utilizing custom SQL queries to analyze marketing data
