Facilities Management Manager-ENG Primary Care / Clinic

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited technical school or equivalent with major in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, electronics, and refrigeration.

Ten years' experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical trades.

Responsibilities :

Knowledge of maintenance in the following areas : plumbing, electrical, minor electronics and controls, heating / ventilation and air conditioning, general type carpentry, general maintenance on ceilings, floors, wall repairs, doors, and door hardware.

Must have a good working knowledge of JCAHO requirements and understanding of the Life Safety code. Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Must have the potential to manage multiple projects and Facility Techs. Directs, manages, and supervises the PMI program.

Capable of coordinating the demand and PMI maintenance work at the assigned facilities.
