We are looking to bring in a senior or principal consultant to look after and develop key client relationships by offering a timely and pragmatic recruitment service.
The construction and property industries are short of professionals, and we need to help our clients stand out as the employer of choice by presenting the differences to their peers and being proactive in candidate generation.
Our candidate generation is focused around headhunting, fostering close relationships, and understanding the candidates' career aspirations.
We have all the wider tools like LinkedIn recruiter and various job boards at our fingertips to aid our success.
We're looking for someone who is passionate, willing, and committed to a customer-centric service and wants to build a career for themselves in an open and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work to manage and develop account strategy.
- Develop and execute a retained service offering.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance our service offering.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including headhunting, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries and disciplines.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to optimise recruitment strategies and processes.
- Build your personal brand by networking and attending industry events.
About you
To join us as a senior recruitment consultant or principal recruitment consultant, your skills and experience should include :
- Proven experience in recruitment with a track record of success in achieving targets and building a business area / desk.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with recruitment software.
- Organised and diligent.
