The anticipated salary range for this role is between $103,000.00 and $158,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire.

JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a Cloud Cybersecurity professional to join our Identity and Access Management team for our new digital banking unit.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support IT Operations by providing IAM services within the Azure / OKTA IAM solutions.
- Plan an architecture that will support identity sovereignty and in-region data residency.
- Perform research into Azure B2C / OKTA IAM and security to support architecture planning and build.
- Leverage industry standard requirements to ensure any planned architecture is compliant.
- Establish customer requirements.
- Document all research, roadmaps, and architectures for easy reference.
- The build portion of this role will leverage the planning output and focus on delivering the following to support a successful implementation of this project :
- Build an identity offering (e.g., account management, password policies, etc.) on the Azure AD B2C platform or OKTA B2C.
- Build processes to ensure the offering is compliant with the company’s standards (e.g., access reviews, password policy, fraud detection / response, lockout, MFA, etc.).
- Build out POCs demonstrating how applications can leverage the IAM offering (e.g., APIs, sign-in flows, user flows, etc.).
- Build out testing, automated where possible, processes to support rapid deployment of new features released by the team within the IAM offering.
- Leverage customer feedback to ensure released features satisfy customer needs.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field of study, or equivalent job experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- 2+ years of cybersecurity experience specializing in Identity and Access Management.
- Experience with playbook / workbook development.
- Cloud experience in Azure, AWS, GCP. Azure is preferred.
- Experience working on Azure AD with experience in Azure AD B2C or OKTA B2C is preferred.
- Experience researching and planning architecture solutions to support IAM builds.
- Experience in migrating identities from one IAM platform to another.
- Demonstrated work focused on identity management (e.g., account creation, account management, account monitoring, etc.).
- Demonstrated work focused on authentication management (e.g., auth code, device flow, client credential, MFA, etc.).
- Demonstrated work focused on authorization management (e.g., privileged access, role-based access controls, scoped permissions, zero-trust enforcement, etc.).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills.
