Description
What you'll do :
- Ensure all team members are working safely.
- Maintain build schedule and output per site plan.
- Work closely with construction team on needs.
- Train new hires to standards and processes.
- Practice 5s standards within assigned areas.
- Communicate with sites for delivery updates and requests.
What you'll bring :
- Safety first mentality.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team environment.
- Use of judgement to plan, perform, and make decisions as to the sequence of shipments, operations, and processes within the limitations of recognized or standard methods and procedures.
Within 3 months, you'll :
- Complete initial training.
- Attend customer meetings and provide updates and details
- Have the ability to operate independently on the day to day operations for outbound material
