Administrative role working as part of the 85c Bakery Cafe Construction Management team. While administrative duties are not limited to the following, the primary focus will be on ordering equipment & scheduling services in coordination with construction projects (such as new locations and remodels), and submitting invoices and tracking each projects budget and running costs.
The position requires flexibility as we continue to evolve systems and processes. Travel is very limited in the Coordinator position, however, this position is a gateway to Project Manager, which does include more frequent travel (daytrips and some overnight).
Primary hours of work will be Monday Friday daytime, from 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm on an 8 hour work day.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Socially comfortable regularly engaging with many people, including initiating contact with new vendors. You will interact with many vendors and other departments within 85c.
- Organized.
- Multi-tasker.
- Can work in a very active environment .
- Flourishes in a collaborative group setting.
- Intermediate level user of multiple MS programs (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Comfort learning additional computer programs.
- Construction industry experience is an advantage, but not required.
