Manager, Accounting, Financial and Human Resources

Danmar Industries is looking for an individual to prepare payroll reports such as benefits, state and federal reports. Prepare invoices related to payroll reporting.
Record financial transactions, maintain accounting records and prepare reconciliations. Perform or review specialized calculations related to posting and accounting functions.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience with GAAP is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Cash management skills
- Daily reports on deposits for A / R Department
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Monthly financial statements
- Year-end financials / coordinate with CPA
- Prepare commission reports for distribution to mgt. and for payroll
- Collect timesheets and other related data for semi-monthly payroll processing
- Print payroll register and other related reports for 401K uploads
- Petty Cash
- Asset Dispositions / Reporting
- Communicate with all department supervisors with respect, offer assistance when requested, coordinating all company operations as needed.
HR & Benefits :
- Maintain employee files. New hires / terminations, etc.
- Respond to inquiries for employment verification
- Reply to TWC on unemployment issues / various inquiries
- Review and analyze all benefit proposals. Make recommendations to management.
- Co-ordinate any presentations of new benefits with employees / management.
- Background checks / E Verify
- 401K Administration, upload 401K report to Sentry’s website. Verify output.
