Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is interviewing for full time or part time Line Cooks. Hot line cooking experience in a full service restaurant is helpful but not required.
Weekends are required.

Responsibilities include :
- Cooking and preparing menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by Il Fornaio
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
- Preparing and portioning recipes prior to service
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintaining a positive teamwork attitude
- Communicating clearly, professionally and respectfully
- Being able occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
- Having a flexible work schedule including weekend availability and holidays
