Kickback's Barber Shop in Matteson, IL is looking for an experienced barber to join our team. No clientele is necessary because you will be responsible for walk-ins and occasional cashiering.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. Must be experienced in cutting all hairstyles and textures.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with services such as cuts, shapes, trims and hair styling
- Maintain a clean workstation with sterile tools
- Analyze and suggest treatments if hair problems arise
- Resolve client complaints in an appropriate manner
- Cashier in our retail area when not barbering
- Clean shop once a week
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barber
- Current state license
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of current trends and styles
Compensation
$600 weekly salary plus tips
Must have your own equipment but the shop will provide all necessary products.
