About the Role :
As the Vice President of Construction, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our diverse portfolio. Your responsibilities will include :
- Strategic Leadership : Oversee all construction operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Client Engagement : Act as the primary contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring their vision is realized throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Oversight : Guide Project Executives and Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Development : Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring and developing the construction team, promoting professional growth and collaboration.
- Operational Efficiency : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and profitability.
Ideal Candidate :
The ideal candidate will come from a Project Executive or General Superintendent background, with a strong technical building experience that is essential for this role.
You must be sophisticated and possess excellent client-facing skills, as you will be managing high-stakes relationships with key stakeholders.
