Our Business Development Representatives are critical to the sales organization and sales process, serving as the direct link between Sales and Field Marketing.

We are currently looking for experienced, energetic professionals to continue developing new business pipeline! If you like working in a team environment, uncovering new sales opportunities and have outbound prospecting experience, bring your passion and motivation to Axway.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation :

Identify potential clients through thoughtfully created Outreach.io campaigns.

Research and gather relevant information about potential clients to personalize outreach and understand their needs.

Qualifying Leads :

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
  • Organize qualification meetings between prospects and sales team
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in Salesforce

Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss strategies, progress, and new opportunities.

Relationship Building :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and nurturing.
  • Act as a liaison between potential clients and the sales team, providing necessary information and support.
  • Build strong relationships with the sales team and act as a trusted advisor

Reporting and Analysis :

  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as number of number of meetings scheduled, sales qualified leads, conversion rates and pipeline generated.
  • Analyze and identify trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve lead generation and qualification processes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in promoting software / technical solutions is preferred
  • Previous Sales, call center and / or telemarketing experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and web conferencing tools.
  • Exposure to Salesforce.com (SFDC), Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator and other online prospecting tools
  • Fluent in English
  • A degree in Business or Marketing perferred, but not required

  • Passionate about learning and growing in this space

Education :

A degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred but not required
