JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide support to the Food Production Stuffing Department by preforming various tasks to ensure the continuous flow

of materials to the stuffers and assisting in the weighing and disposition of the stuffer peppers and olives.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Daily, before production starts, prepare work area with food products, tools, and supplies needed to start stuffing

olives and peppers.

Move barrels of peppers and olives into the production room, as needed and using proper safety equipment, to

ensure the continuous flow of product for the stuffers.

Determine when stuffers need more product deposited at their work station. Take product from the barrels, drain

and transfer to the stuffer's work bowl.

Write stuffer's work number on the plastic tote. When the tote is filled, move tote to the weigh station. Accurately

insert employee number and product code into the computer as it is being weighed. After it is weighed, deposit tote

to a carrying cart that will be moved into the cooler.

• When filled tote is removed from a stuffer's workstation, replace it with an empty tote.
• Perform all tasks in a safe manner. Report all safety hazards to management so that corrective action can be taken

immediately.
