Overview
Exciting opportunity for an experienced per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to practice at Conroe Regional Medical Center in Conroe, TX.
Responsibilities
About the NICU :
- 22-bed, Level-III NICU; 100-150 deliveries per month
- 24-hour shifts with support from Board-Certified Neonatologists
- NNPs participate in high-risk delivery attendance
Conroe has a small town feel with big town appeal. The city is easily accessible via Interstate 45, which directly connects residents to the city of Houston (south), as well as to Dallas (200 miles northwest).
Conroe is situated 7 miles southeast of popular Lake Conroe, a 22,000-acre recreational lake providing local residents access to multiple year round water and cultural events.
The city is also home to a number of parks, hiking and horseback riding trails, kayaking and year-round bird watching opportunities, premier golf courses, wineries and local craft breweries.
Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree
