Job Title : Warehouse Associate
Location : Charlottesville, VA
Pay : $21.00 / hour + 100% Company-Paid Health Benefits
Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (Overtime as needed)

What You'll Do :
- Operate Forklifts : Safely maneuver materials across the warehouse and to designated areas.
- Unload Trucks : Receive packaging and raw materials for inventory and shipping.
- Prepare Shipments : Pack, label, and seal products for delivery, ensuring they’re ready to go.
- Load Truck Trailers : Organize materials efficiently for full truckload and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, ensuring optimal delivery sequence.
- Verify Shipments : Double-check that all materials loaded match the shipment orders.
- Basic Assembly : Perform simple assembly tasks using basic tools, such as air tools and tape measures.
- Work Orders : Close out production work orders and handle administrative tasks as needed.
- Pick & Pack Orders : Prepare products for customer orders and get them ready for shipment.
- Warehouse Equipment : Operate equipment to collect, deliver, and package materials.
- Safety & Cleanliness : Follow safety guidelines, forklift regulations, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Physical Work : You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
What You Bring :
- 1-2 Years of Warehouse Experience : Proven ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Forklift Expertise : Previous experience operating forklifts is a must.
- Tool Skills : Familiarity with basic tools like air tools, tape measures, and the ability to read prints.
- High School Diploma / GED : Required to get started.
