Job purpose
- Oversees and performs maintenance on Facility and Plant Equipment.
- Coordinates maintenance performed by outside contractors.
- Maintains maintenance records for the facility.
- Develops Annual preventive maintenance schedule to ensure a high state of plant operational readiness.
- Submit an annual maintenance budget in support of Plant operations.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure plant preventive and corrective maintenance is performed as scheduled to support maximum plant equipment uptime.
- Effectively communicate scheduled maintenance to ensure limited disruption to plant operations.
- Develop Procedures and Work Instructions for plant maintenance.
- Maintenance oversight of the following :
- All buildings and grounds
- HVAC & facility electrical
- Overhead cranes
- Steel shot blasting equipment
- Paint booths and painting systems and equipment
- Forklifts and trucks
- Air compressors and welders
- CO2 & N2 storage & distribution equipment
- Request quotes for work performed by outside contractors.
- Maintain OEM documentation for plant equipment.
- Familiar with all plant maintenance agreements.
- Attend all scheduled safety meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Qualifications include :
- Project Management experience (Industrial).
- Knowledge of applicable EPA, OSHA regulations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with Microsoft, Excel, Word, Adobe, and Power Point.
- Strong working knowledge of Quality System and Quality Control.
