We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Secretary to become part of the Ulbrich Sales team located in North Haven, CT.
This position will provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, President of Distribution, and the Sales team.
- Your primary responsibilities will include : running and distributing sales reports; coordinating communications to the commercial team;
- managing the travel and calendar of senior management; assisting with Regional and International meetings; calculating commercial team commissions;
- coordinating recognition and training programs; managing office supplies, coordinating customer visits; maintaining conference room schedules;
and additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualified candidates will have : A High School Diploma plus a minimum of 3 years of similar office experience required. Must be proficient using MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), attention to detail and good organizational skills;
and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. Qualified candidates will have experience providing administrative support, experience working independently, using initiative and problem-solving skills to complete projects on time with minimal direction, and experience demonstrating discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
