PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultant

Must-have skills : 7+ y of functional exp with Oracle Peoplesoft Financials; 2+ y of exp in project management; gov exp

Requirements :

• Availability to work site during key project deliverables and to attend meetings at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials in Public Sector (7+ years);
• Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years;
• Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.

Preferred :

• Experience in Project Management and risk identification (2+ years);
• Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements;
• Experience in overseeing testing, data migration, and deployment activities;
• Experience assessing the current OSCA business systems to determine fit or gaps with the PALM system functionality;
• Experience in Peoplesoft Financials Grants module;
• Experience in data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial modules GL, PO, AP, AM, AR, PR, and CM;
• Experience in Peoplesoft Financials core and modular configuration.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Coordinate various project activities, timelines, and resources to accomplish tasks assigned by the Florida PALM project;
• Facilitates the OSCA business transformation, optimization, and onboarding to the Florida PALM Project;
• Makes recommendations on systems process analysis, design, and simulation;
• Provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business process-related activities;
• Provides advice and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements.
