APM System Architect

What You’ll Do :

Having integrated thinking, jointly creating an integrated business experience system (APM+NPM), providing end-to-end business quality assurance (single park / cross park (including cloud)), and reducing MTTR.

Job requirements :

• Professional background in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related fields (master's degree or above), with years of experience in IT operations, system architecture design, big data processing, and AI related work (in-depth research and practice in APM related fields);
• Rich practical experience in the APM field, with over 10 years of work experience in key positions at mainstream manufacturers in the industry, including APM product planning / system architecture design and development implementation experience;
• Familiar with the native network monitoring system architecture and technical system of public cloud / private cloud / CNCF cloud, with a deep understanding of industry operation and maintenance development trends / technical routes and technology selection, and have served as technical experts, architects, etc.
• in mainstream vendors / open source organizations;
• Possess profound system architecture design capabilities, capable of designing highly available, high-performance, and scalable APM system platforms;
• APM related technologies :
• Familiar with AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, understand the latest developments in AI technology and its practical applications in the APM field.
• Proficient and familiar with the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions in the AIOps field, including abnormal alarms, alarm convergence, fault analysis, trend prediction, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, etc;
• Monitoring analysis, boundary positioning, observability, and closed-loop processing of application services in microservice / container environments;
• Proficient and familiar with APM open source software, with the ability to organize and optimize architecture, such as SkyWalking, Zipkin, Pinpoint, Prometheus, etc;
• Programming skills : Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, etc., able to write and maintain automation scripts and tools;
• Familiar with the APM ecosystem in the industry and have a certain level of influence, including but not limited to participating in relevant open source projects / forums, holding relevant positions and having actual output, and giving presentations and sermons at industry related forum meetings; preferred
• Possess outstanding historical achievements, including but not limited to related works (papers, publications, etc.), standards / patents, international organization technical proposals, etc; preferred
• Possess a digital transformation mindset and profound understanding, with experience in consulting ICT related projects or designing and delivering monitoring solutions (for enterprises / finance / government / operators, etc.). preferred
