We're seeking an Outside Sales Representative or Community Marketing Executive (CME) who are passionate about promoting our power washing services to commercial and residential clients in your local area.

As a CME, your primary responsibility will be door-to-door sales as an independent contractor with unlimited income potential through commission-based earnings.

Work from home and in the field within your designated territory, selling our specialized professional power washing services tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales Experience : Ideally, selling to commercial or residential clients or related fields
• Interpersonal Skills : Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments
• Technology Proficiency : Comfortable with using technology for sales activities
• Transportation : Must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance and registration; 100% access to reliable transportation

Preferred

• Commercial and / or residential real estate and property / facility management experience
• Pressure washing sales and marketing experience
• Project management experience
• Positive-minded, energetic, have a good teamwork ethic, and an eye for detail.

Requirements

• Able to pass drug test and background screening
• A commitment to excellent customer service, integrity, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Work in the field, from our office, and / or at home within your designated territory, selling our specialized power washing services tailored to meet the needs of our clients
• Lead Generation : Cultivate warm and cold leads. Identify and approach potential clients through door-to-door sales, cold calls, networking, and local events
• Sales Consultation Approach : Understand client needs and offer customized power washing solutions to address their cleaning requirements
• Relationship Building : Foster strong connections with local businesses and homeowners, providing ongoing support and recommending additional services as needed
• Market Insights : Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Effective Communication : Maintain detailed records of sales activities, collaborate with team leaders, and achieve sales targets independently
