Texas Bilingual Social Media Agent

A company is looking for a Bilingual Social Media Agent - Remote (Overnight).

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through social media and phone interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues

Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems

Effectively multitask between customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems

Required Qualifications

Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong bilingual communication skills

Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center

High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old

Available for 12 weeks of paid training and full-time 8-hour shifts

Must reside in Texas and pass a background screening
