Auto Body Technician Automotive Repair

Location : Georgetown TX

WorkHours : 4Day Workweek 8AM to 5 : 30 PM within Monday Friday.

Compensation : $100000 to$150000 annual salary based on experience plus generous productionbonuses! Commission pay plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform precise structural repairs
• Assess damaged vehicles accurately for repairplanning
• Utilize welding expertise andcertifications (iCar Gold or similar)
• Proficiency in repairing newer vehicles & adhering toOEM procedures
• Collaborate effectively withina team setup
• Maintain the highest qualitystandards in every repair
• Invest in ongoingtraining particularly welding techniques and newtechnologies
• Collaborate with productionmanager to meet customer expectations
• Adhereto safety protocols industry regulations and legalrequirements
• Complete ICar training asneeded

REQUIREMENTS :

• 3 years of auto body repair experience withstructural experience
• Proficiency in repairingnewer vehicles
• Relevant certifications such asICAR or ASE Certifications or welding certifications are aplus
• Commitment to quality workmanship andprecision in repairs
• Dedication to ongoingtraining and skill development especially in welding
• Understand and follow OEM procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal andwritten
• Exceptional organizational timemanagement problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Physical Stamina : Ability to perform physically demandingtasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged periods ofstanding bending and kneeling as required for auto body repairwork
• Valid drivers license and reliabletransportation
• Honesty professionalism and astrong work ethic
