You will be responsible for coordination of divisional programs for internal controls for one or more insurance companies.
Provide guidance and monitoring of operational and financial controls, develop additional controls to respond to emerging risks and partner with Enterprise functions such as Treasury, Enterprise Risk management, and Enterprise Business Continuity.
You will provide oversight or be a liaison for compliance programs and make recommendations to leadership on compliance matters that affect the product portfolio, forms and processes.
You will report to a Business Compliance Senior Manager.

$76,000.00 - $125,000.00

Responsibilities :
Completes the internal and operational control risk assessment and help test divisional business processes which may include the development of new products or systems.
Monitor and coordinate the execution of test plans.
- Communicate results of internal risk control assessments, process and system testing to department managers and divisional leadership, coordinate with divisional leaders to develop and document any required process remediation plans and any required retesting.
- Assist internal controls partners when developing divisional internal control processes. Integrate internal control programs for a line of business with Corporate Internal Control programs.
Requirements :
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or service.
- Demonstrated experience implementing compliance and risk control programs, including tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in the field of compliance including a working knowledge of claims handling or specialized area of expertise.
- Demonstrated experience planning or managing projects.
