• Responsible for overall construction project delivery on multiple project assignments Maintain safety standards in every aspect of every project Manage and contribute to the pre-construction process Develop and manager project schedules Manage pay applications Mange project budgets and analyze job costs Manage project labor, equipment and supply needs Provide support to project personnel RFI, Submittal and Change Management Resolve construction related issues and disputes on the project Manage and conduct project close-out activities Experience and Essential Skills : Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Construction Engineering 5+ years of construction industry experience for commercial construction projects preferred Strong working knowledge of building systems / components and technology, contract management and various project delivery methods Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients, designer and subcontractors Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment OSHA 30 hour training   Powered by JazzHR
