We’re seeking a diligent, detail-driven professional to provide vital expertise in support of our manufacturing processes.

Review incoming warranty claims data on a daily basis, review customer and dealership comments, bin claims into proper binning categories, contact dealership / s for parts and repair diagnoses, participate in customer call back to ensure proper understanding of customer feedback, review returned parts for root cause analyses and develop Interim Containment and Permanent Corrective Actions.

You'll have...

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Even better, you may have...

• Six-Sigma Training (Black Belt or Green Belt Certification).
• Ability in work in a fast-paced environment to support quick decision making.
• Familiarity with CAD systems.
• Some Electrical experience.

This position is a range of salary grades 5-8 .
