Atrium is partnering with a leading multi-family residential property management company. Our client is continuing to grow and acquire new properties which is why they are looking to expand their team by bringing on a Property Accountant !
Salary / Hourly Rate :
$65k $75k + Bonus
Position Overview :
The Property Accountant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 8 10 properties and will provide full accounting services.
Responsibilities of the Property Accountant :
- Preparing monthly financial statements.
- Monthly mortgage wires / ACHs.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assisting with the annual audits.
Qualifications for the Property Accountant :
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, TOPS, or MRI.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Education Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
