Full-Time Nursing Supervisor (RN / LPN) - 11pm to 7am

Join our team at RegalCare @ Courtyard as a Full-Time Nursing Supervisor.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and oversee nursing staff during the night shift (11pm to 7am).
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care plans and treatment.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff, offering guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident conditions and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to resident care and treatment.
Qualifications :
- Active RN or LPN license in MA
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care to residents.
