We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, ensuring the building is tidy, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members
• Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming environment
• Walk through the building to ensure tidiness and cleanliness
• Refill soap and toilet paper on a regular basis
• Sanitize bathrooms to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Job Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work with children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High energy
• Strong work ethic
• Must pass background examinations prior to training
