About the Role : In this role, you'll be the face of our wireless and entertainment brand, providing customers with a customized, hands-on experience.
You'll have the flexibility to organize your day and meet customers where it's most convenient for them, offering WiFi assessments, tech delivery, product demos, and issue resolution to keep customers connected to what matters most.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-person sales presentations to introduce customers to the latest wireless and entertainment products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering a personalized, white-glove experience.
- Perform hands-on product demos to showcase device capabilities and service benefits.
- Conduct assessments and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure customers receive optimal service.
- Coordinate daily appointments with pre-scheduled customers, maximizing each interaction to achieve sales goals.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and handle any objections effectively.
