Job Description : Fidelis Catholic Credit Union is seeking a passionate and dynamic Director of Communications, Branding, and Business Development.

This role is crucial in promoting our brand, enhancing our outreach, and driving our business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns that align with the Credit Union's mission and vision.
• Create and implement marketing and communication plans, setting and achieving measurable goals.
• Leverage analytics to gather data and understand the demographics of our Credit Union.
• Design programs, databases, basic website design, and manage social media platforms.
• Create and deliver press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Promote the Credit Union's brand messages consistently and stay updated on social media trends.
• Develop successful strategies, campaigns, branding, and imaging to attract new members and maintain current ones.
• Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the direction of Fidelis.
• Attend board and planning meetings as requested by the CEO.
• Report the current status of goals and projects to senior management.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred, or equivalent experience and education.
• Experience with advertising regulations, budgeting, prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and creative thinking.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with design programs, databases, and social media platforms.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities, enthusiasm, drive, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
• High professional and ethical standards.
• Ability to manage and mentor communication department employees to exceed departmental goals.
• Thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the Credit Union.

Salary : Commensurate with experience
