What you will do :
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Manage day to day relationships with the largest customer base, being the liaison between any other ACV team to ensure a seamless process and experience.
- Understand in depth details of the existing portfolio’s business model, P&L details, utilization and yield details, growth strategies for the customer, future plans and needs;
this includes conducting well-thought out business reviews with the decision makers, getting and reviewing updated financial documentation to assess the health of the dealer and present findings and important information to senior leadership - including risks, concerns, growth strategy plans and proposals.
Consistent monitoring, probing and performance management to ensure that customers are using our solutions the right way.
Growth the portfolio by identifying non-Capital customers, identifying needs, thinking outside of the box to support the uniqueness of the business and offer solutions to win and grow their business.
Interface continuously with cross-organizational teams to support the needs of our customers and grow the portfolio with new customers;
this includes but isn’t limited to ACV Auctions sales team and major account team, operations, risk, payments and product and tech.
Plan and execute campaigns for strategic impact within the portfolio (in total or segmented by market) based on trends and opportunities to grow deeper in the business.

What you will need :
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.Minimum 5 years Professional Experience related to the responsibilities of the role.
Ability to travel to portfolio customers or prospects up to 3 out of 4 weeks per monthStrong ability to drive results by establishing strong internal and external relationships.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple high touch customers along with projects / initiatives.5+ years prior work experience in Auto Financial Service Industry preferred.
The desire to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done; doing whatever it takes to delight a customer.Problem-solving capability, ability to navigate multiple departments.
Team Player who willingly accepts change and continuous improvement.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
A sense of urgency and self-motivation.BA in Business, Finance or similar intensive degree.
