Description
TransCore (TCI), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE : ROP) is seeking three (3) Equipment Operators / CDL Drivers to join our team in Tampa, Florida.
Job duties :
Candidate will be responsible for skilled laborer, and equipment operation for the construction and installation of ITS field devices, communications systems, and Traffic Signal systems
Required Skills, experience, and Education :
- Class A CDL
- FL Advance MOT Certification
- Must successfully complete required background / drug screening that TransCore initiates as part of the hiring process;
additionally, when required by project, must successfully complete a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and State Law Enforcement Radio System (SLERS) background screen
- Communications Construction Experience
- Energetic / Self-motivated
- Experience Operating Heavy Equipment (2-year minimum)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education :
- Bucket Truck Operation
- Outside Plant Fiber Optic Installation
