A bit about us :

Our client has an immediate need for an experienced commercial real estate paralegal to join their Manhattan offices. This career opportunity is with a growing national Am Law 200 firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation.

Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations among others.

Interested candidates must have 5+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience, preferably from an Am Law or comparable big law setting.

Paralegals with experience handling title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate properties are strongly encouraged to apply.

We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable commercial real estate paralegal with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills, and a commitment to meeting high standards of excellence for sophisticated clients.
