Administrative Assistant - Brand Development

General Summary & Scope

  • Log and organize brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from core category teams.
  • Assist with brand meeting schedules and coordination.
  • Manage SKU maintenance, ensuring accuracy according to Merchant's discretion, including shelf tag requests.
  • Initiate promotional offers into Promo Advisor, inputting SKUs and finalizing with the pricing team.
  • Execute marketing sign requests and proof materials while maintaining organized product samples and digital assets.
  • Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and managing SKU coding changes.
  • Prepare store memos and communication requests, responding to help desk tickets with proactive solutions.
  • Provide general administrative support for brand contact maintenance and vendor meetings as needed.
