General Summary & Scope
- Log and organize brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from core category teams.
- Assist with brand meeting schedules and coordination.
- Manage SKU maintenance, ensuring accuracy according to Merchant's discretion, including shelf tag requests.
- Initiate promotional offers into Promo Advisor, inputting SKUs and finalizing with the pricing team.
- Execute marketing sign requests and proof materials while maintaining organized product samples and digital assets.
- Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and managing SKU coding changes.
- Prepare store memos and communication requests, responding to help desk tickets with proactive solutions.
- Provide general administrative support for brand contact maintenance and vendor meetings as needed.
