Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) works closely with Rally House CEO / owners to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy to support year over year substantial growth.
This position manages the company’s financial operations and decision making, including accounting, financial reporting and budget preparation.
The CFO works in collaboration with senior leaders of departments to provide financial projections, preparing growth plans, and advising on areas such as product development and market expansion.
This position will contribute to protecting the company’s revenues and profits to continue to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the company’s financial planning
- Partners with CEO / Owners to drive a successful expansion of the Rally House brand through investment opportunities and using capital strategically with deep insights in P&L, income and cash flow
- Accountable for tracking cash flow and financial planning and analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses to support strategic directions
- Meets revenue and earning goals and keeps cash flow stable
- Performs risk management by analyzing the liabilities and investments
- Manage vendor relationships
- Creates strategic financial plan by leveraging reports generated by accounting and financial teams
- Ensures that customer payments are made in full and on time while controlling expenses so that enough cash is on hand to meet financial obligations
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Oversees the company’s fintech system
- Supervise, lead and mentor the finance, accounting, construction, leasing, and legal teams
- Information Technology support, equipment and procurement
- Collaborates with department heads across the company, in maximizing revenues as well as controlling expenses
- Ensures a sound budgeting process
- Creates a multidimensional perspective by holistically examining the profits and losses of both e-commerce and store sales to influence the omnichannel experience
- Communicates and enforces the values, policies and procedures

Qualifications
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field, Masters and CPA is a plus; 7+ years of CFO or Controller experience in a retail environment;
Minimum of 5 years proven supervisory skills
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Required to stand and walk;

differentiate colors. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs, and to walk short distances.
