Cody, Cody & McCarthy, LLC, a fast paced, greater-Boston boutique estate planning law firm, is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with at least 1-2 years of experience in estate planning, specifically in drafting, reviewing, and implementing basic and advanced estate plans.
The ability to draft custom provisions and assist clients in funding assets into revocable and irrevocable trusts is a must.
An ideal candidate writes well and is thoughtful, diligent, and highly motivated.
