Position Summary :

Center For Family Services is seeking a dedicated individual for our Director of Recruiting Position. This position will lead the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics that utilize both traditional and modern sources and lead the evaluation of the entire recruiting function, strategies, and procedures in order to fill open positions.

Job Status : Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Overall responsible for the recruitment initiative / programming within the agency
  • Develop and manage our partnerships with external recruitment related vendors
  • Strategize recruitment for varying departments / sectors within the agency
  • Develop networking relationships with the community stakeholders, colleges, and universities
  • Manage Virtual and onsite job / career fairs - agency wide
  • Provide turnover reports agency-wide and programming
  • Develop reports in managing and reducing turnover
  • Meet with the AVP's and VP's to discuss challenges and barriers to recruitment
  • Work with students on internships advertisement
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities promoting CFS awareness
  • Evaluate the agency's recruitment methods for sustainability and effectiveness
  • Evaluate spending
  • Identify and manage placement contracts

Requirements and Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in related area of study; commensurate experience in relevant field may be acceptable in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • PHR or SHRM certification in related field preferred
  • The suitable candidate must demonstrate vast knowledge of recruiting database systems as well as knowledge of rewards programs inclusive of offer generation.
  • They should have the desire to be a process-driver and the ability to leverage efficiencies in the use of technologies, workflows, and processes.
  • They will have the ability to convey information and instructions clearly and concisely.
  • The candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills, work comfortably in a cross-functional setting, have a strong executive presence, work comfortably with senior business leadership and the Senior Executive Team, and demonstrate composure under stress and in times of ambiguity.
  • Current driver's license with a good driving record of at least three years
  • Vehicle with current insurance and registration
