General :
Position requires 1+ year of experience in banking / loan servicing with the ability to work well with fellow employees. Must have the ability to perform a variety of tasks as needed while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Skill Requirements :
- Accurate typing, filing and ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Synergy software, or ability to quickly learn Synergy is a requirement.
Responsibilities :
- Collateral tracking data entry
- Upload files to the appropriate Document Manager records in nCino
- Back office folder organization
- Confirm receipt of required documents (Promissory Notes and Recordables)
- Request insurance policy renewals, update system when obtained
- Other file organizing and data entry tasks as assigned
