Job Overview :
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active California license and a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) to work remotely from home.
This position will involve evaluating patients, facilitating appropriate referrals, coordinating care, and managing patient disability claims, including State Disability Insurance (SDI) filings.
Applicants must have an SDI Licensed Health Professional Online Account to process SDI claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct remote patient assessments and evaluations, ensuring quality care and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Coordinate patient care and facilitate referrals to appropriate treatment facilities.
Assist patients with disability claims, including SDI applications, leveraging experience with California’s SDI system.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in line with regulatory and company standards.
Utilize telemedicine platforms to provide patient consultations, managing scheduling and follow-up care.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications :
Required : Active Nurse Practitioner license in California.
Required : SDI Licensed Health Professional Online Account.
Experience in telemedicine or remote patient management preferred.
Strong understanding of California’s disability programs and health care systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage patient care remotely.
Pay : The annual salary ranges from $158,000.00 to $188,000.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
